Hearts of palm have a semifirm texture and a nutty flavor. Find them with the canned vegetables.

How to Make It

Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add hearts of palm and spinach; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
