I served this for dinner tonight and the family loved it. I did use a little extra ham and onions. I also only had a 10" pan so it was thinner than the photo, but the taste was just perfect. Will make again. I think cheddar would be good here, too.
I loved this recipe. I think what made the difference is that I used fresh rosemary and thyme instead of chives. The herbs really made the other flavors pop.
I thought this recipe was fine, but not particularly special. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what would make it more interesting.
Made this for Sunday breakfast. We really liked it a lot & will have it again. I used bacon instead of ham, but otherwise followed the recipe. I do not have a 9-inch skillet, so had to use a 10-inch one. Made the frittata flatter than I would have liked it to be. Not sure how to compensate for that next time. Anxious to try some of the other frittatas from the article.
