  • Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges. Combine lime juice and water. Dip wedges in lime juice mixture; drain on paper towels. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

  • Combine garlic powder and remaining 3 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over wedges. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp. Transfer chips to wire racks; cool completely.

  • Store chips in an airtight container.
