Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chile paste, and minced garlic. Place chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add soy mixture; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from bag. Place marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 4 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with salt; place on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Baste with half of sauce. Grill 5 minutes. Turn chicken over; baste with remaining sauce. Grill 5 minutes or until done.
Quick and easy to make. Made it with rice and edamame. Husband liked it more than I did. I couldn't marinade for the whole hour, only like 30 mins, but it was still tasty. Would make again.
