How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°.

Step 2

Spread oil on a jelly-roll pan. Place potato wedges on pan. Sprinkle with seasoning; toss gently to coat. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt.

It's years now that I don't fry (I don't even have a frying pan) This is best way to enjoy "fried potatoes" is baked. I make mine with olive oil and greek seasoning with garlic and oregano. They are great.

I made this tonight as a side to spicy chicken sandwiches with cilantro-lime mayo from this site. The fries were great. They were crispy on the edges. Will definitely be making again!!
