I subbed deli ham for the roasted pork (needed a quick sandwich recipe) and dijon mustard for the regular. The jalapeno slices give it a great kick. I'd love to try this again with the actual roasted pork.

This recipe has a great combination of flavors as written and is super simple to make if the pork is already roasted. It is even customizable to individual tastes, DH doesn't like mustard, so he just leaves it out and still has a yummy meal! A great everynight meal, and good enough for company.
