1 lb. spicy ground breakfast sausage
1 1/2 cups prepared pimiento cheese
2 1/2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix well.
Shape mixture into 32 to 36 (1-inch) balls, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven until lightly golden and firm, 14 to 17 minutes.
