  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Lightly coat catfish with cooking spray. Dredge catfish in cereal mixture. Place catfish in a jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray. Lightly coat catfish again with cooking spray.

  • Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with Cucumber Coleslaw.
