The wings you order at sports bars often have a sweet barbecue sauce covering them. The sauce for the recipe here contains mostly hot sauce, so the carbs stay low.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°.

Step 2

Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Step 3

Combine hot sauce, water, soup mix, and red pepper. Brush chicken with half of hot sauce mixture.

Step 4

Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; turn chicken, and brush with remaining hot sauce mixture. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with dressing.
