Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine pumpkin and next 4 ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into a 9- x 5-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove loaf from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack.
