  • Preheat oven to 450° (place baking sheet in oven as it preheats). Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Combine potatoes, canola oil, paprika, oregano, salt, cumin, and ground red pepper; toss to coat. Arrange potatoes on preheated pan in a single layer. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until browned, stirring after 15 minutes.
