Easy & a hit with vegetarian guests for dessert. The dates I had needed to be soaked in the orange juice for a couple of hours prior to chopping. I had some chopped hazelnuts on hand &  were a lovely substitute for the almonds. Nice finish to a Mediterranean menu.
