How to Make It

Heat oven to 400° F. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place in a large roasting pan.

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, sugar, mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and the olive oil. Rub evenly over the chicken and roast until cooked through, 45 minutes. Serve hot, at room temperature, or chilled.

I make this with skinless chicken breast cut into strips. I serve it cold with green salad. It's simple, very good and easy to make.

While this dish was super easy to make, we did not really like it. I made it as the recipe stated, using all legs. It didn't taste bad but it wasn't good either. The flavors just didn't seem to go together well. It had kind of a funny taste. We tried it warm as well as cold. It did taste better cold. I won't be making it again.
