Makes about 9 cups

This sparkling punch recipe pairs tangy pink lemonade with tart cranberry juice for an irresistible sweet-and-sour combination. Add some bubbles by mixing in club soda, and garnish with a few fresh mint springs to celebrate the season.

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir together lemonade concentrate and cranberry juice cocktail in a large pitcher. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Stir in club soda just before serving. Garnish, if desired.

Step 2

Champagne Punch: Substitute 1 (750-milliliter) bottle extra-dry Champagne or sparkling wine and 1/4 cup orange liqueur for club soda; proceed with recipe as directed.

Step 3

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Cointreau for orange liqueur.

White Grape Juice Substitution?

July 08, 2016
Having a hard time finding a white cranberry juice... could white grape juice be a good substitute? What about Ginger Ale vs. Club Soda?

Great Punch and Forgiving!

I could not find white cranberry juice but we did find a white peach cranberry combination so we used that instead and it came out delicious.  Also my husband bought Raspberry Lemonade (frozen) instead of Pink Lemonade and it turned out just fine.  In fact it was a big hit at my daughter's bridal shower.   Next time I will double the order!

I made this for an office baby shower and it got great reviews! Obviously I used club soda, not champagne, though. It was nice and tart--I don't care for overly sweet punches. Several people asked for the recipe. Would make it again.

This is the perfect spring punch with its gorgeous pink color. I made it as a non-alcoholic option for a family reunion . It was simple to make, which was important because I was preparing food for 18 people, and I didn't want to spend a lot ot time making it.

I served this at my grand daughter's birthday party. It was so refreshing. To dress it up, I made an ice ring the night before with water, in which I put whole strawberries with the green tops and fresh mint leaves...it looked so festive and elegant. Everyone asked for the recipe for this punch.

I used this punch for a baby shower and it was very easy and everyone loved it. I used regular lemonade instead of pink lemonade since the baby was a boy.
