When I first tasted it, I thought, "Oh, this is pretty good but nothing outstanding," as the tequila taste and apple cider seemed to predominate above all else. As our guests arrived, each had a glass and seemed to enjoy--and as the night progressed, everyone seemed to want more and more. We ended up making 3 or 4 pitchers of the drink to satisfy our guests!
