This zesty twist on mac and cheese packs a healthy serving of protein, thanks to the beans. Our kid testers rated it as high as their favorite packaged macaroni and cheese.

How to Make It

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 2 hours

Coat cooker with cooking spray. Add pasta, beans, and corn. Stir in soup and milk.

Cover and cook on low for approximately 2 hours, until heated thoroughly.

Just before serving, stir in cheese and salsa.

How kids can help: Measure ingredients and add to cooker.
