While I agree that this steak was very very tasty and easy to make, I would not serve it in a tortilla. It took away from the tastiness of the steak. Yes, I would make it again, but like one review said, I would put it on a salad.

AMAZING! Some of the best steak I've ever made. Got delightfully tender and had a wonderful smoky crust on the outside. Augmented the bottled salsa with fresh tomatoes. And the leftovers were great in a salad the day after! Incredible!
Very good and easy to make. I prepared the meat with the rub and refrigerated over night before I BBQ it. It was very tender. I served it with sauted onion and bell pepper. This will be a regular dish at my house.
