Serve this fajita-seasoned grilled flank steak with a spicy salsa and wrap in flour tortillas for an easy south-of-the border dinner.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients. Rub olive oil evenly over flank steak; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.

Step 2

Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 7 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Serve with Salsa.

While I agree that this steak was very very tasty and easy to make, I would not serve it in a tortilla.  It took away from the tastiness of the steak.  Yes, I would make it again, but like one review said, I would put it on a salad.

AMAZING! Some of the best steak I've ever made. Got delightfully tender and had a wonderful smoky crust on the outside. Augmented the bottled salsa with fresh tomatoes. And the leftovers were great in a salad the day after! Incredible!

Very good and easy to make. I prepared the meat with the rub and refrigerated over night before I BBQ it. It was very tender. I served it with sauted onion and bell pepper. This will be a regular dish at my house.
