How to Make It

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates. Add the tomatoes, and cook for 2 minutes or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

Very tasty and a visual treat. Don't skip the sesame oil - it adds the extra punch this needs.

Elegant-looking and pleasingly different flavor combination. The sesame oil makes it distinctive. Don't overcook the tomatoes - one minute maximum or they get mushy. Nice recipe!
