  • Preheat broiler.

  • Arrange fish in a single layer on a broiler pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle fish with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Broil 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.

  • Combine basil and remaining ingredients in a food processor; process 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with fish.
