How to Make It

Steam sugar snap peas 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and olive oil in a lidded jar; shake to combine, and pour over peas.

Great flavor, easy to prepare. I appreciate ways to spruce up otherwise boring sides! Served this alongside CL's Asian Meat Loaves (a favorite - so yum).
