Graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow topping, and milk chocolate chips baked into a bar is a fun twist on this iconic graham cracker dessert.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on 2 sides. Mist foil with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; mix well. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs until well combined. Reduce mixer speed to low and slowly beat flour mixture into butter mixture. Divide dough in half. Press half of dough into pan until dough is uniform and flat. Spread with marshmallow topping and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Scatter remaining dough over in clumps. Don't worry about covering the top; marshmallow and chocolate chips should peek through.

Step 3

Bake until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack to cool completely. Remove from pan, peel off foil and cut into bars.

Great recipe easy to make love the graham cracker flavor in the base. I heated the fluff in the microwave for a few seconds to make it easier to spread..

The kids helped me make this. Not only where they easy to make(not including the Fluff which somehow always gets everywhere!) it is delicious. I prefer semi-sweet chocolate chips so that is what we used. Definitely a keeper.

I take these to most "potluck" style meals and get rave reviews.

Rarely have so many tasty ingredients come together to make such a bland dessert. The texture and appearance of the bars are wonderful, but they lack that graham-y goodness and true chocolate "hit" of real s'mores. I know, I know, everyone else seems to think they are great and it does make me wonder if I am too darn picky. If I were to tweak this recipe, I would add a lot more chocolate chips and up the graham to flour ratio.

LOVE These! So easy to make and one of the most yummy cookie/bar I've had in a while. My daughter's friends beg me to make these. I am making my third batch today in 3 weeks for another get together. People can't get enough of them!

Made these for my son stationed in Afghanistan, he actually emailed me thanking me on behalf of the whole squadron! I did run out of milk chocolate chips & supplemented using some Dove chocolate I had on hand. I also made them for work and a co-worker insisted on the recipe. I would like to make them using a mix of semi & milk chocolate. I will be making these again & again. Thanks so much for the recipe!

The bars are so easy to make and everyone comments on how tasty they are. I have made this several times and always with great results. If you try it once you will have to do it again, they are just that good! :-)

All I can say is Yummy, If you want a pan of S'mores this is the way to go..I was out of regular flour so I used whole wheat and cut down the brown sugar to 1 cup. I noticed I need then to add one extra egg. Whole wheat flour is drier TURNED OUT GREAT

My husband loved this! I thought it was a little too sweet! I changed recipe a little: used 3 cups of graham crackers crumbs and used actual marshmallows. Next time, I will cut brown sugar in half.
