This is an easy and quick dinner for those "light" weekday nights.
Was disappointed in this dish all around. There wasn't enough blue cheese flavor for my taste and the whole really didn't work well as a salad.
This was really tasty - I used a food processor to blend the blue cheese and yogurt and added 1/4 tsp bacon salt and 1/4 tsp garlic salt. Also used turkey bacon so doubled it. Very yummy quick dinner.
