Slow-cooker overnight oats are a great way to send the kids out the door with a nutritious and filling breakfast, minus the mess. Apples add some freshness to creamy, hearty oats, while sprinkled cinnamon and drizzled honey add the right touch of sweetness.

How to Make It

Stir together water, oats, apple, and salt in a slow cooker, and cover. Cook on low for 8 hours. Uncover, and stir in milk to add creaminess and to reach desired consistency. Stir in butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, or honey, if desired.
