Very flavorful and easy...I didn't have any lemon juice, used apple cider vinegar instead, yummy!

My family loves it. I have made it for them three weeks in a row at their request. The only thing I do differently is let the shredded meat simmer in the sauce until we are ready to eat. We like our bbq nice and saucy and full of flavor in every yummy bite. :)

Delicious and super easy. Put everything together except the meat the night before and stored the bowl in the fridge. In the morning before work dumped the liquid into the slow cooker with the meat and set it on low. By the time we were home from work it was done and the kids had a quick and tasty homecooked meal before having to run back out the door to band and soccer commitments. Great for an on-the-go family!

Was very tasty and super easy! Had guests asking for the recipe which is always a good sign! After the beef was fully cooked, I shredded it as directed, but then put it on a cutting board and chopped it into smaller chunks. Returned chopped beef to slow cooker with sauce and mixed thoroughly. Will make this again!
