How to Make It
Step 1
Muddle cucumber slices and lime peel strips in the bottom of a glass.
Step 2
Stir in gin and lime juice to cucumber mixture; strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with diet tonic water; garnish with lime slices. (For more concentrated flavor, chill mixture 12 hours before straining).
