How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.

Step 2

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add 2 slices of ham, and cook 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan, and keep warm. Repeat process with remaining 2 slices of ham.

Step 3

Add peach mixture to pan; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, or until peaches are thoroughly heated and liquid is syrupy.

Step 4

Place 1 slice of ham on each of 4 plates; top each with 1/3 cup salsa.
