  • Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops, and cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chops from skillet. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.

  • Coat skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add water and remaining ingredients to skillet; stir well. Return chops to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until tender.
