This daiqiri recipe is way better than using the syrupy stuff from the store. It's full of intense strawberry goodness, not too sweet, and super thick and creamy. The bite from the rum is perfect and not too strong. It's best to use frozen strawberries because you don't have to water down the drink by using ice. Substitute frozen peaches for a peach daiquiri, or combine the two.
16 ounces frozen strawberries
3/4 cup (6 oz.) white rum
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
How to Make It
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides if necessary. Serve immediately.
