Have everything chopped, sliced, and minced, but don't begin cooking the stir-fry until the rice is just about ready.

How to Make It

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic, and sauté 5 minutes or until done. Add snow peas and remaining ingredients; sauté 30 seconds.

This was excellent. We added extra garlic and used butter and salt in the rice, but didn't need any real extra flavoring. Because of where we live we even had to use frozen bagged shrimp and it still came out really well. The lemon and parsley and garlic all added just the right flavors!

I added stir fry sauce. If you add in the rice at the end to absorb some of the sauce, it has the potential to be better.
