How to Make It

Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato and next 4 ingredients (tomato through garlic); cook 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Combine shrimp mixture, pasta, and cheese in a large bowl; toss well.

Easy and fast weeknight meal. I added a little greek season(salt free) to give it a mediterranean meal. Perfect with a simple salad.

This is fabulous and quick. Followed the recipe exactly. This is a winner in our house. Everyone loved it. Perfect recipe for company. We served with salad and Italian bread. Perfect.
