Our staff loves this simple Shredded Cabbage Slaw, which blends two types of leafy greens tossed in an easy homemade dressing. We bet your family will love it, too.

How to Make It

Shred red cabbage and green cabbage. Combine yogurt, tarragon, Dijon mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with cabbage.

This has become a staple. Leave out the red cabbage if you want the slaw any color other than pink! It is also fun to swap out the tarragon for different single, strong herbs like oregano, cumin, etc
