  • Combine water, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl; stir until blended. Add cornstarch mixture to skillet; bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
