My daughter has been bugging me to cook broccolini so I finally did. I'd cook it more often if it weren't so expensive. This is a good recipe and super easy.
I made half a pound and still used 3 garlic cloves. Crunchy and tasty. Slice the garlic as per the recipe, do not mince. The slices are crisp and wonderful.
