How to Make It

Step 1

Place fish in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Combine water and next 5 ingredients. Pour over fish. Seal bag, and turn to coat fish. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours, turning once.

Step 2

Preheat broiler.

Step 3

Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle both sides of each fillet with sesame seeds. Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Step 4

Sprinkle fish evenly with paprika. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
