This rub of ancho chili powder, garlic salt, brown sugar, and cumin on Seasoned Strip Steaks will awaken the taste buds.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat grill to high heat (450° to 550°). Combine first 4 ingredients. Rub steaks evenly with seasoning blend.

Step 2

Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes on each side (for medium-rare) or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
