Not a review-but a question. Can this be done ahead of time and cooked the next day?
I made 1/3 of this recipe for 2 of us using 3 extra large eggs. I had deli sandwich ham that I had on hand. A pretty easy and quick recipe. I didn't let the batter sit an hour. I left it in the frig while I made the sauce, then I made the crepes, then the eggs. It is rich but a nice Sunday or entertaining breakfast.
