This recipe ended up being so delicious. My parents requested it for our Easter dinner (lamb, mashed potatoes, peas etc), and I did not think I would like it. It ended up being a perfect addition to the menu, and was great for leftovers too! I used a mixture of panko and seasoned breadcrumbs and left out the bacon - just didn't have time to cook that. The whole thing was ready to pop in the oven in about 10 minutes. It really was a hit with everyone. I will definitely make it again -
