How to Make It

Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork. Stir in chopped green onions.

It's not much different than regular couscous, but it is a nice, subtle step-up from plain couscous.

Quick, easy, and light side for a week night. As is it's good. After tasting it, I added a squirt of orange juice, some dried cranberries, and walnut pieces for a bit more nutrition and flavor.
