Spinach is sauteed with shallots and sprinkled with toasted pine nuts. This side dish is easy and ready in no time.

How to Make It

Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots; sauté 2 minutes. Add spinach; sauté 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Stir in pine nuts and salt.

I felt like it needed more shallots, and some spices (maybe even just salt and pepper). Bland.
