How to Make It

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add snow peas; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in vinegar and sesame seeds.

The vinegar is a nice touch at the end.  I have a similar side I like that has garlic and soy sauce so this is a nice little change up.
