How to Make It

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Add Broccolini to pan; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken stock. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 6 minutes or until Broccolini is crisp-tender. Stir in vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Very simple,  Steamed the broccolini rather than cooking in stock (didn't want to open a package for ½ cup). Recommend you drizzle the vinegar on & taste before using all of it. Was a good side for a steak with gorgonzola-polenta.
