Sautéed Squash and Zucchini
In place of hot oil, you can use 1 tablespoon olive oil plus 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
Follow the recipe as above - but put into a microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle a little bit of olive oil on top and then microwave for 2-1/2 - 3 minutes.
