This was a nice recipe for a cool fall evening. I used turkey sausage which I took out of the casing and browned and sub-ed some leftover brown rice for the pasta. I think that the recipe as written could use a little depth. I added some grated parm to the end product and it really added a little something. I think that adding a parm rind to the cooking process would be a good thing. I will make again and probably use rice again as well.
