1 (16-ounce) package kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 (32-ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained
1 cup apple juice
1 to 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 to 3 medium-size Rome apples, peeled and sliced
How to Make It
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain. Add sauerkraut and next 4 ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring occasionally.
