  • Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; crumble beef over vegetable mixture. Add breadcrumbs, and stir until well blended.

  • Shape beef mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a thermometer registers 160°. Cool 5 minutes.
