How to Make It

Rinse, stem, seed, and chop Anaheim chilies. Rinse, core, and chop tomatoes.

In a bowl, mix Anaheim chilies, tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and serrano chilies with salt and pepper to taste.
