  • Stir together mayonnaise, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture on 1 side of each sourdough slice. Top 4 of the bread slices evenly with lettuce, tomatoes, salt, and salmon. Cover with remaining 4 bread slices, and serve immediately.
