Love the flavor diversity. Great weekday meal, super easy. Prefer to make with smaller chicken pieces, in kind of a salad style.
Read MoreA hit with the whole fam. We didn't think it needed further sweetening, though I might cut back on the vinegar to 1 1/2 Tbs. The super sweet peaches went nicely with the mild vinegar and pops of fresh basil. I made my own chicken with just garlic salt + pepper...still a very quick/easy recipe. Perfectly paired with a salad for a nice summer meal. You could even cut the chicken and serve atop lettuce, drizzling the sauce and garnishes on the whole thing.
Read MoreThe sauce was definitely too bitter, even after I put extra peach preserves and honey in it. I actually just created a sauce of peach preserves and honey. I think I will try it again, but without the vinegar to see if that makes a difference.
Read MoreMy rating of four stars is based on changing the recipe somewhat. I probably used about 1/4 cup of peach preserves and also a tablespoon of honey, because it was too bitter as written. With that and the rest of the ingredients, this was an excellent dish with unique flavors.
