Combine vinegar, marmalade, olive oil, tahini, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle mixture over romaine lettuce leaves, halved tomatoes, and chopped snow peas; toss well to combine.
We really loved the vinaigrette on this salad. I did add some sliced green onions. Served with some marinated grilled chicken. Perfect on a hot summer work night!
