Left out the parsley and topped with finely chopped fresh basil and dill. I also served it over angel hair pasta. Delicious!!!
Such a good recipe and oh so easy. Other than cleaning the shrimp, this takes no more than 5 to 10 minutes to make. Five stars for sure.
Made this last night for dinner. I did, however, use basil and parmesan cheese instead of parsley and feta. That is what I had on hand. It was AWESOME. My husband loved it. Served with the bread as recommended. Five star for sure.
I've made this a couple of times now, and didn't change anything. Served with crusty bread and a simple green salad. Very simple, minimal ingredients, and I would serve this to friends for sure. I would like to try Kris7285 idea with the couscous next time, sounds yummy!
Yummy, easy week night meal. Very speedy to put together, and great with bread on the side!
Amazing. I cooked some couscous and put the roasted tomatoes with shrimp and feta on top. It was like an Italian/Mediterranean version of shrimp and grits. So delish!
Quick and easy and AWESOME! Very flavorful. The best part is sopping up the juices with warm crusty bread. Will be having this often!
Outstanding and easy. I followed the recipe exactly as written. This will definitly be one of our regular dishes.
A friend at work gave me this recipe. It was outstanding and I used frozen shrimp and low fat feta. I can only imagine how good it will be with fresh shrimp and regular feta. I made it exactly as described. Easy quick and I agree if you have room for the calories I'd serve it over pasta. My husband had it with rice one night and crusty bread; I served it for me over cannelli beans - just delicious! So simple and you could easily serve to company (with fresh shrimp and good feta :) ) -- And for those of you on weight watchers - only 7 points plus (with good feta - not the low fat stuff)
Very good. Didn't change a thing.
Loved it!!! Used basil and shredded Parmesan and omitted the lemon since that is what we had on hand. We drank the broth since we are off of carbs at the moment and had nothing to soak it up. Awesome, quick late night dinner for us!
One of my go-to recipes. This is easy and delicious. Ran out of frozen uncooked shrimp, so I used cooked instead. Just stirred it in and baked for a couple of minutes to warm them. I add olives from Wegmans olive bar and if I have it, fresh basil. Yum!
I love the simplicity of this recipe. It also allows for adjustments for individual tastes and ingredients on hand. For example, tonight I added half a bag of left over frozen corn in with the shrimp and basil instead of parsley. Served with angel hair pasta and a simple salad-delicious and worthy of serving to guests without working too hard.
This dish is an excellent week night meal. It is quick, delicious and hearty when served with crusty bread. I make with roma tomatoes in the winter.
Delicious!! I used home-grown tomatoes and it was a great dinner. I was worried there was too much garlic but it gave the shrimp a perfect amount of flavor. Everyone raved over this dish and i will be making it again soon!
This was fantastic! I was a bit worried that it would lack flavor, but it was so good. It makes a lot of sauce, so next time I will serve it over pasta.
